The Vampire Diaries - Spoilers From TV Line - 25th September 2015

Vampire Diaries‘ Steroline shippers need to know if Stefan and Caroline will be together in the future timeline. Thank you!
Things are quite dire in the Oct. 8 premiere’s flash forwards, so romance isn’t really the priority. That said, Caroline and Stefan share plenty of screentime — and a few awkward, loaded silences — back in present day Mystic Falls.

Any positive Vampire Diaries spoilers you can give us on future Bonnie/Damon scenes?
Would you consider Bonnie playing chaperon to the vampire and Alaric’s drunken European adventures “positive”? How about Damon calling her his best friend? (Somewhere, Alaric is crying into his booze.)

Did The Vampire Diaries cast young Giusepe? I saw this pic on Annie Wersching’s IG profile. The actor in the pic is John Charles Meyer, and he looks really a lot like Old Giusepe.
A show rep confirms that Meyer – whose recent TV credits include Hawaii Five-0and Mom – will be playing the Salvatore boys’ dad in flashbacks, in Episode 7.

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Line - 18th September 2015

I really want to know how Stefan will show his game to seduce Caroline on The Vampire Diaries!

Good question. So good, in fact, that we posed it to Paul Wesley and got this response: “He’s going to be sort of the same loving guy he’s been for the past six seasons — except when he was ripping people’s heads off. Man, Stefan’s killed a lot of people. Everyone on the show has. If you think about it, pretty much everybody on this show is a murder. Isn’t that wild?” Wesley’s tangent aside, it sounds like he’ll use the same tactics he did on Elena back in Season 1, but he’s definitely got his work cut out for him. “Caroline wants to be with Stefan, but she’s also trying to do the right thing by herself, taking the time to mourn her mother’s death so she can enter into this relationship with a clean state and a free mind. The heart wants what it wants when it wants it, so we’ll see moments where’s she’s struggling, wanting to say something but not knowing what to say.”

The Originals - What Will The Rest Of Season 2 Bring?

Finn and Mikael team up … but who’s in charge?  “Mikael doesn’t have a reason to hate Finn,” Narducci said, noting that Finn always hated being a vampire. But how will they work together? “Mikael says, ‘Together my son, we’re going to take down these vampires,’ and Finn says, ‘I will align with you and I know exactly how we’re going to do it.’ And what Finn does next defines him as a threat and a danger,” Narducci said.  But will he be a threat to Mikael? Gatewood chimed in: “This is put up or shut up time. Klaus said to Finn at one point: ‘You’re a man now.’ And I don’t think Finn’s been given the opportunity to act as a man. Will Finn ever step up and really be a man and make his own decisions? This might prove an opportunity for that.”
Klaus will discover Kol’s betrayal.   Although Narducci teased that a new threat will emerge to “distract Klaus from trying to find Rebekah,” Plec did add that Klaus at least discovers “what” happened to Rebekah, though not necessarily the “where.” As for Kol, Plec said “it means punishment and it’s enacted in a typical Klaus way.” In Narducci’s words, that means “brutal and swift.”
Esther makes a decision, and Finn gets angry.  “We make it very clear the choice that Esther made and Finn’s feelings about it,” Plec said. “There’s a lot of things that close that chapter and then really launch the next chapter, which is the Angry Finn chapter as we like to call it.” But for Gatewood, Angry Finn can be traced back to his family: “I think the cool thing about the Mikaelsons is that as you meet them, you see the similarities. I think that there’s a ruthlessness that all of these Mikaelsons share.”  And it’s a ruthlessness that will be put to the test. When asked if Finn is capable of actually killing any of his siblings, Gatewood said, “There are situations coming up in the next couple of episodes that will test that greatly.”
Cami is meeting Baby Hope … and becoming Elijah’s therapist?  “Klaus introduces Cami to Hope and it’s kind of a beautiful moment,” Plec said. With Hayley and Klaus needing to return to New Orleans, and Elijah in need of psychological counseling, Klaus decides to bring Cami to the safe house to stay with Elijah. “He brings Cami into the circle of trust, and it’s pretty lovely,” Plec added. “And then Cami becomes kid of like the Sopranos‘ Jennifer Melfi to Elijah as he’s trying to work through the scars of his secrets that he’s uncovered as a result of his mother messing in his head.”  The good news for Elijah? We’ve seen the worst of Esther’s witchy effects. Now, it’s more a battle of what he wants to admit to Klaus. “Knowing that his brother is not one for forgiveness, Elijah isn’t quite sure if he should come clean and how he should come clean, so that’s one of the things he has to work through with Cami,” Plec said.
Rebekah gets her butt kicked.  Stuck in a witch prison, Rebekah will be less focused on practicing magic than on learning how to be a mortal again. “She taps into her witchy roots as much as she can inside this place which basically really frowns upon you practicing any magic at all, but it’s more about her getting used to her human body,” Plec said. “There’s a great moment where she goes to take a bite out of one of the guards and then is like, ‘Ew, nasty!’ The blood is disgusting.” And with a mortal body, come sprained wrists, limps, and all kinds of bruises. “She’s kind of like John McClane iDie Hard,” Narducci added. “For the first time in her life, she’s getting her butt physically kicked, and what I love about her is she still gets up and keeps fighting. That’s the Rebekah I know: Never gives up, always a pain in the ass, fighting no matter what.”
Baby Hope is in danger, but she’s also potentially dangerous.  Klaus is no stranger to enemies, and with people trying to find his weakness, Hope is always in grave danger. But how worried should fans be? “There’s something special about Hope,” Plec said, with Narducci adding, “She is a little bit vampire, a little bit werewolf, a little bit witch, so what is she capable of and how will that be explored on our show is stuff that we want to play with and you will see some advancement in that plot in these first batch of episodes.” So what if Hope ended up being evil? She’d be “unstoppable,” according to Narducci. “But that’s why good parenting is very important,” Plec said.
There’s more Mikael drama on the way.  Although Gatewood revealed we won’t be seeing many Finn-Mikael childhood flashbacks, he did hint at there being more to that relationship than we currently know. “I think the cool thing that’s going to be revealed about Mikael and his relationship with his children from the past is going to be from the tensions between the characters that we’re exploring now, the situations we’re exploring currently,” he said. “You’re going to learn something but you’re not going to learn it through flashbacks.”
Hayley and Marcel will grow closer.  With Finn determined to prove that wolves and vampires cannot work together, Haley and Marcel will be drawn closer together, which “makes Jackson see the vampire-werewolf relationship in a whole new light,” Plec said.
Finn will take control of the witches, forcing Davina to make a choice.  Even though poor Davina has “definitely got her eye on Kol,” according to Plec, she’s going to have to turn her attention back to the witches soon. Narducci teased, “Once Finn is controlling all the witches and all the witches are kind of being abused and hijacked by Finn and his purposes, she’s going to have to decide: Do I want to become again a part of this community and lead them out of the trouble that they’re in?”

The Originals - Spoiler From EW - 16th January 2015

Will we see Dahlia in present day on The Originals?

Yup! They even just sent out a casting breakdown for her, which is “proof that she exists,” executive producer Julie Plec tells me. “We’re so excited to see what kind of talent we can pull towards this role, because it’s juicy and meaty and she’ll go head-to-head with Klaus.” As for the details of Dahlia’s return, there’s a chance she won’t be alone. “Did Dahlia dabble in immortality spells?” executive producer Michael Narducci ponders. “And if so, if Dahlia is still around, is Freya?”

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From EW - 16th January 2015

Is Enzo going to do anything other than torture Stefan for the rest of the season on The Vampire Diaries?

Yes and no. In his attempts to torture Stefan, Enzo “sort of insinuates himself into Sarah Salvatore’s [Tristin Mays] life,” Julie Plec teases, adding, “but Sarah’s pretty.” Does that mean it will turn romantic? “Let’s just say that one of our inspirations for this story is Les Liaisons Dangereuses, like that John Malkovich, Dangerous Liasons kind of vibe where you get into something for one reason but then you maybe get surprised by the outcome.” But don’t get too attached to the potential couple just yet. Plec promised that Enzo, in his typical fashion, is more than capable of screwing it up.

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Guide - 12th January 2015

"We're actually saying goodbye to one of our characters in the 14th episode," executive producer Julie Plec. "Jeremy is going to art school. We'll see what his next path and journey is, but Steven R. McQueen is all grown-up and ready to move on, so we're saying goodbye to him as a series regular. We got him a cake and dressed as superheroes and gave him a big party!" Plec adds about the sendoff.
With Jeremy's girlfriend Bonnie still stuck in the '90s, will his exit come before their anticipated reunion? Or does this mean that Bonnie's return is just episodes away? And will you miss McQueen?

The Originals - Spoiler From E! Online - 6th January 2015

What's next for Hayley & Elijah after that insanely sexy hookup?

Expect some distance between The Originals fan-favorite couple as Hayley and Jackson are about to get closer than ever before. Also: better start preparing yourselves now, because we hear that one Original sibling is not long for this world…and his/her death will be at the hands of another Original sibling!

The Vampire Diaries - What Do We Know About The Rest Of Season 6?

* As Caroline attempts to find a supernatural cure for Sheriff Forbes’ cancer, Stefan will attempt to rebuild his shattered relationship with the former Miss Mystic Falls.
* While Bonnie fights to return to the present — she will be back with a “badass” new attitude — Jeremy will make several major life changes, including applying to art school.
* Annie Wersching (24) will join the cast as a “strong, beautiful” woman named Lily.
* Lastly, there there will be a Gemini merger, which means Jo, Kai, Luke and Liv are all in pretty serious danger of not existing anymore. (Is it bad that we’d save Kai first?)

The Originals - Spoiler From TV Line - 17th December 2014

I don’t want to wait until January. What can you tell me about The Originals in 2015?

How’s this, Katie: Now that baby Hope is back in town, we’ll be learning more about her, including any powers she might already be developing. “We want to explore what makes the child of Klaus, a hybrid, and Hayley, a werewolf, completely different from any other child on this planet,” exec producer Michael Narducci says. “You’ll begin to see certain signs — subtle at first, then maybe not-so-subtle — in terms of how this baby is something completely unique.”

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Line - 17th December 2014

Kai is my new favourite character on The Vampire Diaries! Do you have any news on what’s coming up for him in 2015?

No good, Maria. No good is coming up for Kai. Executive producer Caroline Dries says the title for the Jan. 22 episode, “Woke Up With a Monster,” is directly related to Elena and Kai’s new situation. He’s not going to lift his cloaking spell until he gets exactly what he wants — and he wants to merge.

Anything about Bonnie/Jeremy pleeeeease

If/when Bonnie ever does get out of the prison world and back to reality on The Vampire Diaries, Jeremy is going to notice some pretty major changes in his girlfriend. That burning Christmas tree was a symbol for Bonnie letting go of her past. ""It was definitely symbolic," executive producer Caroline Dries told us. "Bonnie was trying to see the silver lining in her situation and get out and enjoy a day where she could celebrate and reminisce and not feel sorry for herself. She tried to take the high road, and she did, but by the end of the day she realized, ‘This isn't working. I'm alone here. This sucks. Screw it.' This first chapter of Bonnie being stuck in this prison world is over, and a new badass Bonnie is emerging." Badass Bonnie? We are here. For. This!

Help! I need some Vampire Diaries scoop to hold me over the winter hiatus!

Did you see executive producer Julie Plec's string of teasing tweets? Particularly the one about lots and lots of kissing? We can confirm that there will be at least one long-anticipated hookup, but you'll have to wait a few episodes to see it. But trust us — this steamy scene will be well worth the wait.

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Line - 3rd December 2014

Any scoop on Vampire Diaries‘ Damon and Elena???

Elena may have admitted to feeling a “glimmer” of love for Damon, but don’t bank on a full-on reunion just yet, no matter how romantic the holiday season may be. Per executive producer Julie Plec, “There is mistletoe in the midseason finale, and fans are free to wish for anything they want — and also prepare for crushing disappointment in the way that we always tend to like to serve it to them.” Take that as you will.

The Vampire Diaries - 6x08 "Fade Into You" Rehash

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Guide - 25th November 2014

Anything new on The Vampire Diaries?

Expect Damon and Alaric's bromance to hit a ser
ious speed bump when Damon angers Alaric. How serious is it? One word: fisticuffs! In other heartbreaking news, Bonnie, who has thus far stayed strong in her crazy situation, will be dealt another crushing blow that leads to a breakdown.

The Originals - Spoiler From TV Line - 26th November 2014

Give me some Originals scoop — preferably something related to Josh and/or Aiden, because those two are adorable.

I won’t lie to you,  I’ve got some good news and some bad news: Executive producer Julie Plec says she does have big plans for Jaiden in 2015. The bad news? Those plans might involve one (or both) of them on Death’s door. She explains, “I get into fights with the writers because I’ll be pitching a story and I’ll say, ‘And this is where Josh dies,’ and they’ll be like, ‘No!’ And then I’ll say, ‘Well, this is probably the moment where Aiden should die,’ and everyone goes, ‘No!’ It’s juggling the beauty of this budding romance against the story of a vampire and a werewolf finding love with each other. I love that storyline so much, but one day, I might have to kill one of them. That’s just the way we roll.”

The Vampire Diaries - Spoilers From TV Line - 26th November 2014

Damon found Bonnie’s bear, anything else you can tease that’s ahead for “Bamon” fans on The Vampire Diaries?
Let’s just say you’re not crazy for seeing a strong connection between Bonnie and Damon, Renee. Despite Elena expressing a “glimmer” of hope for a romantic reunion, Damon is still focused on the mission at hand: Bring back Bonnie. And Ian Somerhalder, for one, wouldn’t be surprised if things turn spicy once the Bennett witch returns. “There’s an extraordinarily thin line between love and hate,” Somerhalder notes. “Due to the fact that these two hated each other, and had so many connections … it only seemed appropriate that they would be given a chance, due to the dynamics of their relationship.”

Do you have anything on my favorite Vampire Diaries character, Tyler?
What a coincidence, Jeanette, Tyler is one of Andy Swift’s favorite TVD characters, too! (Definitely in the Top 20, at least.) Anyway, Michael Trevino says Liv’s current dilemma will take up most of Tyler’s time. “He’s there for Liv and wants to protect her and make sure she’s not getting into trouble,” Trevino says. “She’s being so tough and a little bitchy at times towards him. He’s not used to that, so I like that Tyler’s having to deal with that this season. But we will see their relationship become stronger. He’s really smitten with that girl.”

The Originals - Spoiler From EW - 21st November 2014

Will we see interactions on The Originals between characters who haven’t interacted like Josh/Elijah, Elijah/Kol, Finn/Mikael, etc.?

With the return of Mikael in the Originals midseason finale, the always-and-forever siblings are going to have a lot of plotting to do. “As everyone’s gathering for the holidays, the villain count is growing, and it’s all going to come to a head,” executive producer Julie Plec says. Most importantly, Mikael’s return will result in the Destroyer coming face-to-face with wife Esther for the first time since Klaus killed her. But will he kiss her or kill her?

The Vampire Diaries - Fall Finale Spoiler From TV Line

Why You Need to Watch: Because you're in for a "bittersweet" holiday featuring "cute little flashbacks to Christmases of the past with the girls all together," teases executive producer Julie Plec. (Sadly, Bonnie is forced to celebrate alone in her "prison world.") And here's more scoop to stuff in your stocking: There are "some big, big, big chapter-ending moves at the end of the episode that change a lot for everyone."
