The Vampire Diaries - Spoilers from 5x11 "500 Years Of Solitude"

The episode is all about Katherine. We found out in the fall finale that our favorite vampire-turned-human was dying, and after her heart attack, it turns out she only has less than a day until her body fails. Yes, she's a survivor, but it looks like fate is finally catching up to her.
Katherine's impending death has the 500-year-old reminiscing about her life, and you know what that means: flashbacks! But expect to see several new twists on an old memory.
Since Katherine has caused everyone on "TVD" a ton of pain and suffering and death, mostly everyone will be celebrating her limited time left. You know what that means: day drinking! Lots and lots of alcohol will be consumed.
Because of all that alcohol, secrets will come out, and the way that everyone deals with all the new info will surprise you.
Caroline "scandalous behavior" is ridiculously scandalous. Like, that's the biggest understatement of the year. It will have fans simultaneously cheering and booing. So many mixed emotions. Expect things to get extremely complicated.
Some familiar faces, places, and things will return. We can't reveal any of them except for Stefan's least favorite safe -- you know, the one he spent all summer locked in?
There's one scene in particular that we ended up rewinding too many times because it's just so shocking, amazing, crazy, etc. Seriously, we're a little worried for the fandom when it finally airs. Have oxygen tanks on standby because hyperventilating is a serious side effect. We're also a little worried that Twitter might break. Sorry, Internet.
Okay, we lied: there are two scenes in particular that we ended up rewinding too many times. But the second one is less shocking and more heartbreakingly amazing. The tears are real, people.
Stefan shares some amazing scenes with both Katherine and Elena that should make both Steferine and Stelena fans happy.
The doppelgänger prophecy/mythology comes back into play in a major way.
Damon and Elena are both having an awful time dealing with their breakup, especially when the whole gang gets together and they come face to face. Expect their friends to get involved in major ways.
Damon's ways of dealing with Katherine's impending death ... well, let's just say Damon's being his Damon-est.
Nina Dobrev has been wowing us with her portrayal of three different characters this season, and this is one of her best episodes yet.

The Originals - New Werewolf Cast

Nathan Parsons has been cast as Jackson, one of Hayley's werewolf acquaintances. He has the underlying ruggedness of a werewolf raised in the Bayou, but he's magnetic, smart and strong-willed, the natural trusted leader of his pack. He will debut in Episode 13.

The Originals - 1x13 "Crescent City" Official Synopsis

UNEXPECTED VISITORS — At the re-opening of St. Anne’s Church, Father Kieran (guest star Todd Stashwick) finds himself in a great deal of trouble after a run-in with a witch from his past. Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) grow concerned when the reemergence of someone they once knew threatens to expose secrets they’ve kept buried for nearly a century. Elsewhere, Sophie (Daniella Pineda) is shocked when a discovery is made at the cemetery, but she soon realizes things may not be as they seem. With the full moon looming, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) lets Rebekah in on her plan to throw a party for her werewolf clan, but things take a dangerous turn when uninvited guests arrive. Meanwhile, Cami (Leah Pipes) is conflicted when she makes a difficult decision involving the safety of Father Kieran, and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) finds himself facing his own dilemma when he has to choose between Hayley and his siblings. Finally, when one of his plans fails, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) takes drastic measures in the Cauldron, resulting in dangerous repercussions that affect everyone involved. Chris Grismer directed the episode written by Michael Narducci and Julie Plec (#113).

I feel you! They'll share an intense moment in the 100th episode when Stefan helps Katherine recall the birth of her child, which led to the death of her parents. And if you think you've seen the best of Nina Dobrev, just wait for this scene.

The Originals - Spoiler From E! Online - 13th January 2014

I will seriously love you guys forever if you give me some Originals scoop!
Well, then get ready to give us a lifetime supply of lovin'! We recently chatted with New Orleans' hottest vampire king Charles Michael Davis (Sorry, not sorry, Klaus) about what fans can expect from Tuesday's sure-to-be shocking mid-season premiere. Two words: Girl power. "I think that's something that you haven't really seen yet from the show and I think that it'll be really fun to see the girls kind of taking the power back." And get ready for a little witch and werewolf friendship to bloom because Davis says: "You're definitely going to get to see the chemistry between Haley and Davina." Fierce.
