The Originals - Spoiler From EW - 3rd October 2014

Obviously it was pretty thrilling to see Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah get their own spinoff, but unfortunately we didn’t really learn anything new about the Mikaelson family in the first season of The Originals. Will we get to see any of their family history in the second season?

The short answer: Yes. More specifically, executive producer Michael Narducci reveals that we’re going to see “how the Originals wound up leaving Europe and coming to America.” Additionally, expect to learn much more about Mikael and Esther. “What’s their story? Where do they come from? In episode 16 last season, Klaus says, ‘Something made my father the way he was,'” Narducci said. “We want to tell that story. Why does he go around hunting his children and calling himself the destroyer and hating what he is?” Raise your hand if you’d watch a spinoff of a spinoff simply titled,Mikael Mikaelson.

The Originals - More Cross Over Details About Tatia

Nina Dobrev heads to The Originals in the Nov. 3 episode as original doppelganger, Tatia, who will be seen in Vikings-era flashbacks. A character previously mentioned during the 13th episode of The Vampire Diaries season three, "Bringing Out the Dead," she will be interacting with Joseph Morgan's Klaus and Daniel Gillies' Elijah. How did the opportunity to have her on The Originals present itself? As the season was being realized, The Originals writers came up with an arc that almost required Dobrev's presence — and it would have likely been scrapped had the Vampire Diaries star not been able to do it.
"We want to have these crossovers take place from a point of story. What makes the most sense for our story? "There's no possible way to tell the story if we didn't get Nina Dobrev," co-executive producer Michael Narducci told a handful of reporters at a recent screening. "We basically got on our knees and begged her."
"She was, to her credit, wonderful," added Narducci. "We tell a story that will make you understand Tatia's fate, what happened to her, her relationship with both brothers, and why what happened between her and the two brothers is so beautiful and also tragic."
The writers spent significant time making sure Elijah's dinner scene in Vampire Diaries, when Tatia is first referenced (Elijah called her "an exquisite beauty"), remained intact. "We studied every word of that to make sure we were honoring that and I think we do," Narducci assured.
In fielding obligatory questions about future Originals-Vampire Diaries crossovers, Narducci admitted, "That's a little bit above my pay grade." The likelihood of stories in Mystic Falls and New Orleans converging, specifically in reference to Klaus and Caroline's courtship, seemed slim. "It doesn't feel like there's an easy way to make people drop what they're doing in Mystic Falls and come to New Orleans, and certainly once our story lines get rolling, it's going to be very obvious that it'll be very impossible for our characters to take a vacation and go to Mystic Falls," he explained. "If anything, the last thing Klaus would want is to involve someone else in that. There's a lot of dirty family business to deal with first."
As for Dobrev, Tatia represented a contrast to the other doppelgangers (see: Elena, Katherine, Amara) she's played over the years.
"She's the very first doppelganger so she doesn't have the history of all the other doppelgangers behind her. She is the purest of them all, she's the most unaffected, she's the most regular — almost like how Elena was before all this shit happened," the actress tells The Hollywood Reporter, laughing at the thought of what has since transpired on Vampire Diaries. "But it definitely catches up to her as any character on this show affected by all these supernatural beings are. It doesn't really go well for her. It's all about love and happiness until everything goes wrong."

The Originals - Spoilers From TV Line - 30th September 2014

Any intel on Nina Dobrev’s crossover to The Originals?
How’s this intel for you, Jacob? When asked if Tatia’s scenes with Elijah and Klaus would be “steamy,” or if they’d be all talk, Nina Dobrev answered, “A little bit of both, in different capacities. … I’m always going to be in a love triangle. I can’t escape it, so I might as well just accept it.”

Will we learn in the upcoming Originals flashbacks with Kol about why he used to hang around the witches?
The flashback stories will kick in as early as Episodes 2 and 3, but it remains to be seen if that particular mystery will be answered. As for what will be explored, “You’re going to get see a little bit more of how the Originals wound up leaving Europe and coming to America,” executive producer Michael Narducci previews. “There’s definitely a reference to some things that we mentioned onVampire Diaries, especially in the teaser of Episode 2.” The EP also hints that we’ll learn how Kol came to be daggered.

We’ve heard a lot of spoilers about Hayley, Klaus and Elijah on The Originals, but do you have any spoilers about Camille, her love interests and her role this season?
Despite trying to distance herself from the supernatural, Cami will get pulled back in thanks to her friendships with Marcel, Josh and Davina. Plus, she’s feeling a bit guilty over baby Hope’s death “because she didn’t act fast enough, she didn’t embrace the inheritance that Kieran left for her,” Narducci explains. “She feels a certain amount of responsibility. Now she’s thinking, ‘If I don’t get involved, maybe Davina’s going to wind up in trouble. If I don’t get involved, maybe Klaus is going to spiral out of control.'”

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From TV Line - 30th September 2014

I’m still Team Stelena on The Vampire Diaries. Is there any hope?

Never give up hope, Allison! Elena’s emotions are all over the place in Season 6 and I have it on good authority that her love life is going to be far from dormant. In fact, I hear she’ll be locking lips with a handsome fella in Episode 3 — and his name does not rhyme with Shmamon.

The Vampire Diaries - 6x04 Photo and Spoilers

What's better than seeing two extremely handsome immortal brothers? Flashing back to their grunge days in in a past decade, that's what.
Prepare to swoon, Vampire Diaries fans. Not only does our favorite blood-sucking series return Thursday, Oct. 2 for their sixth season, but we've snagged an exclusive sneak peek at one of this fall's most highly anticipated moments: A Salvatore flashback to the 1990s coming up in episode four!
ETonline was the first to exclusively report that TVD fans would be traveling back to the decade of flannel shirts and jelly sandals, and now we've got even more scoop about why this flashback will be so important. Adding to the awesome, this is the very first photo that proves that Damon will return to Season 6—at least in a flashback. (You’re very, very welcome Ian Somerhalder fans.)

Our '90s time-jump will take place in episode four, which airs Oct. 23, and although we're thrilled to see the Salvatore brothers reunited, we're weary of the "tumultuous time" the episode logline reveals: "When Damon and Bonnie realize that uncovering a time in Damon’s past may provide clues to finding their way home, Damon is forced to relive one of the worst days of his life." Yikes!
Meanwhile in the episode, Stefan is stunned when an unexpected visitor shows up, Elena struggles with post-Damon life, and fans can get excited for a bromantical Alaric and Jeremy moment.

The Vampire Diaries - Spoiler From E! Online - 30th September 2014

I was the biggest Eureka fan, so I am so excited to see Colin Ferguson on TVD! What can we expect?

Just some male bonding between him and Matt Donovan! "He came about because we wanted to show Matt thriving in Mystic Falls without supernaturals," EP Caroline Dries previewed of Ferguson's character, Tripp. "We wanted to give him a father figure, coach-type of guy, so that's where Tripp come out of." Of course, this is The Vampire Diaries, so Tripp will have his secrets, but he'll "ultimately become an interesting, layered, dynamic character that's not necessarily good guy or bad guy."
