Bonnie's Mother to be cast and 1 other character...
There are two new roles for TVD currently being cast. One is for Bonnie's mother - Abby Bennett. The other is for a character called Mary. I am unaware who this character is at this time.

[ABBY BENNETT] 38-44, African-American, a beautiful but troubled woman who is burdened by the secrets of her past that led her to abandon her daughter Bonnie. As determined and fiery as any Bennett woman...GUEST STAR, RECURRING.
